All GORGOUSWIGS come with a year construction quality warranty. This means the construction of your custom unit is guaranteed to pay for at least a year and if anything happens within that timeframe, you can return and have it fixed. The construction warranty applies to the construction of the wig. For example, if your unit needs a new band or has a loose track, these are all warrantable issues. NO HAIR or LACE IS WARRANTED. This is because not everyone cares for hair the same; respectfully.

Gorgeous Wigs Catalog

All wigs from the Gorgeous Wigs section are made to order. They were previously made wigs that were photographed. You can look at this as the Catalog. You can choose from many styles textures and lengths. Place your order and wait to be contacted by your style consultant. These units take approximately 3-14 business days, depending on stock, color, length, and season. Processing times may vary however; you will be contacted the entire way through your custom order process.

STORE/STYLIST CREDIT

A store or stylist credit may be given if, there are unreconcilable issues with a service or a bad batch of hair. credits vary depending on the issue and are at the discretion of the stylist.

WIGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

BUNDLES, FRONTALS, AND CLOSURES may be returned within 14 days if in its original condition, even if returned the same day! Returns will result in store credit for the entire amount minus shipping.
